It is the responsibility of the bidder to contact the owner and/or Architect for bid documents and addendum.) Note: Effective July 1, 2009 HUB firms must be certified through the HUB office, under the SWUC (Statewide Uniform Certification) Program, to be listed in the database to be counted by local and state entities for HUB participation and reporting purposes.
